I am unable to download/access the SKAi2 Partner App in the SKAi2 Tablet. After the system made some system update.

• The SKAi2 Tablets delivered to merchants come pre-installed with the SKAi2 Partner App under our SKAi2 Google Account. Merchants can simply access and install the app directly through the device. 

• Alternatively, merchants have the option to use their own Google Account to download the app through the device. 
• As a last resort, we can provide our own Google Account for merchants to use when downloading the app, only if they encounter any difficulties with their own accounts. Please send your request to [e-mail].
