- Due to security standards, you are not allowed to correct your mobile number. We are not allowed to correct any members details once submitted. However, we are pleased to offer you two options for updating your phone number:
- Option A)
- You can reinstall the SKAi2 Pay App, and use a different email address, and proceed with the registration process.
- Option B)
- We can delete your first registration, in order for you to initiate the new registration process.
*Please note that this reset option requires coordination with our technical team and may take approximately 1 to 3 days to process.
