Due to security standards, you are not allowed to correct any personal details. Nor we are not allowed to correct any members details once submitted. However, we are pleased to offer you two options for updating your personal details:
- Option A
You can uninstall the app, reinstall it, and to use a different email address, and proceed with the registration process.
- Option B
We can delete your first registration, in order for you to initiate the new registration process.
*Please note that this reset option requires coordination with our technical team and may take approximately 1 to 3 days to process.
Tip: The member should register their name exactly from their official Residence ID or Passport. This is to avoid possible rejection during the KYC Process.
