Due to security standards, you are not allowed to correct your email address. We are not allowed to correct any members details once submitted on SKAi2 Pay App. However, we are pleased to offer you two options for updating your email address:
- Option A)
- You can uninstall the SKAi2 Pay App, reinstall it, and to use a different email address, and proceed with the registration process.
- Option B)
- We can delete your first registration, in order for you to initiate the new registration process.
*Please note that this reset option requires coordination with our SKAi2 Pay technical team and may take approximately 1 to 3 days to process.
