Currently, merchants are not permitted to modify any details through the app. You need to provide us with the new email address and inform us via email at support@skai2.com. We will assist you in updating your data manually in the system.

Send your request and supporting documents to support@skai2.com. Please include the following information:
- Your Full Name, Full Company Name and Tax VAT number.
- Company Email registered on the SKAi2 App.
Please note that once we have changed your email address, your login username will also be updated.
