If the printer is not working with your SKAi2 Tablet, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:
- You may try to restart the device by pressing the power button for up to 5 seconds. And then try to connect the printer again.
- Verify Network Connection - The printer is connected wirelessly, ensure a stable network connection. Or you may need to restart your router to refresh the WIFI connection.
- Please ensure that Bluetooth in your SKAi2 Tablet is ON in order to connect with the printer

Please ensure that your GPS Location is active in your SKAi2 Tablet in order to connect with the printer.
