My SKAi2 Tablet is unable to print. What should I do?

If the printer is not working with your SKAi2 Tablet, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:

• You may try to restart the device by pressing the power button for up to 5 seconds. And then try to connect the printer again.
• Verify Network Connection - The printer is connected wirelessly, ensure a stable network connection. Or you may need to restart your router to refresh the WIFI connection.
• Please ensure that Bluetooth in your SKAi2 Tablet is ON in order to connect with the printer

• Please ensure that your GPS Location is active in your SKAi2 Tablet in order to connect with the printer.
